Scottish Telephony and Communication Services DPS – Framework ID: SP-21-039

Cinos have been appointed as a supplier on the Scottish Government’s Telephony and Communication Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).

Scottish Procurement has created this DPS for Telephony and Communication Services in order to provide the Scottish public sector and third sector bodies with a quick route to market for all telephony and communication services.

The DPS provides access to technology strategy and service design as well as services to provide support with moving to the operational running of an IT estate. It also provides support for large projects, up to top secret classification and a range of other technology services.

Cinos are an approved supplier on both Lots of the DPS.

Expiry Date: 27th March 2026

The DPS can be used by:

  • Central Government

  • Health

  • Local Authorities

  • Universities and Colleges

  • Third Sector (Voluntary organisations and charities registered in Scotland)

  • Other public bodies

How to buy

To use the DPS, organisations must request access to the dedicated area on Public Contracts Scotland – Tender (PCS-IT) via TelephonyServices_DPS@gov.scot.

Call off contracts awarded via the DPS will have no constraints on their duration or value.

Lot 2: Enterprise bundled services

Offers the full range of telephony and communication services available in Lot 1 with the inclusion of mobile voice & data services. This Lot provides organisations with the option of consolidating a number of discrete contracts into a single procurement exercise and provides organisations with a “one stop shop” solution for all their telephony and communication needs.
