Cinos confirmed as Acano partner

Cinos are delighted to announce our latest partnership with Acano, a newcomer in the collaboration space with a fresh perspective on audio, web and video conferencing. The move strengthens our ability to deliver first class conferencing capabilities to our public sector and enterprise customers.

Founded in 2012, Acano developed an ambitious vision for the future of the collaboration industry, a vision which tackles the any-to-any video conferencing puzzle. Whilst people have a lot of choice on technologies used to collaborate, there’s not much integration between these disparate channels. With Acano, users now have a truly innovative solution that enables all of these channels to interact seamlessly, regardless of device or operating system.

Delivering on this vision played some part in Cisco’s recent acquisition of Acano, and we saw the two companies together publicly for the first time at ISE 2016. The move will increase interoperability and scalability of Cisco’s collaboration infrastructure, two of Cisco’s biggest customer demands. Working together, Cisco and Acano will be able to satisfy the increasing demand in the collaboration market by delivering open and interoperable solutions whether in the cloud or via a hybrid model.
