Cisco has released the End of Support announcement for their legacy Hybrid Call Service

(Expressway Call Connector architecture only)

March 30th, 2021

After March 31st 2021 this architecture will no longer be supported by the vendor, and calls may no longer work for customers using hybrid calling within the Webex app (formerly Webex Teams).

  • Assisting with the reconfiguration of your Cisco platform to allow the Webex App to register directly with Cisco Unified Communications Manager to leverage the existing infrastructure.
