  • Familiarise themselves with this policy and comply with its principles.
  • Report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery using the established reporting mechanisms.

3. Suppliers and Partners:

  • Commit to adhering to the principles of this policy.
  • Demonstrate compliance with anti-slavery laws and provide evidence upon request.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

Cinos Limited conducts due diligence to identify, assess, and mitigate risks of modern slavery, including:

  • Evaluating potential suppliers and partners before entering into contracts.
  • Requiring all suppliers to confirm adherence to ethical labour practices.

  • Monitoring high-risk areas of the supply chain for compliance.
