We are delighted to announce that Cinos has been recertified with the Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.
In order to achieve Cyber Essentials Plus Sean Fahey, Assessor from ECSC, a recognised Cyber Essentials Partner to the IASME Consortium, undertook a hands-on technical verification that Cinos had all the necessary technical and procedural controls in place.
After completing his assessment, Sean Fahey reported: “The team at Cinos have prepared and worked hard to achieve their CE+ certification and take the subject matter of security very seriously. I found the IT manager very well informed in all matters relating to security, who displayed a passion for his role and in doing so has made for a more robust posture within their network thus keeping their organisation more secure.”
I am delighted that our hard work has been recognised with the Cyber Essentials Plus recertification. At Cinos we have an underlying commitment to deliver excellence in everything we do, and our approach to cyber security exemplifies this ethos. This achievement not only validates our capabilities from a security, compliance, and privacy perspective, it gives our customers the confidence that they have a trusted partner who can help safeguard their businesses against common online threats. | ||

About Cyber Essentials Accreditation
Launched in 2014, Cyber Essentials is a government backed scheme designed to help organisations of all sizes protect themselves against a range of the most common cyber attacks. There are two levels of certification: Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Cyber Essentials Plus is the audited version of the Cyber Essentials information security standard. Cyber Essentials requires organisations to have a number of technical and procedural controls in place which improve their information security in order to mitigate common internet-borne cyber-attacks. Cyber Essentials Plus is a series of tests that provide a further level of assurance that these technical controls have been successfully implemented within an organisation.
